Refund and Return Policy

Return Period

Our policy allows you to return a product within 14 days of purchase. After this period, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition upon receipt.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Perishable goods.
    • Filter cartridges.
    • Certain health and personal care items.

Return Requirements

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for the following items:

  • Opened products.
  • Damaged or incomplete products due to reasons not under our responsibility.
  • Products returned after more than 30 days from receipt.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will contact you via WhatsApp to notify you of the return status (approved or rejected).
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your credit card or the original payment method within a specified period.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer (as refunds may take time to post).
  3. Contact your bank to inquire about the refund process.

Sale Items

  • Only items purchased at regular prices are refundable.
  • Discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged.
  • To exchange an item for the same product, contact us via WhatsApp at 97575166 and send the product to the following address:
    595 Ruwi Highway, Ruwi, Muscat, next to Al Maha Petrol Station.

Gift Policy

  • If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value.
  • If the product was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Details

  • The product to be returned must be shipped via a courier to the following address:
    595 Ruwi Highway, Ruwi, Muscat, next to Al Maha Petrol Station.
  • Shipping and installation fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For items worth over 40 OMR, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
